I can't speak for the ice rink, but the roller rink in the summer is BAD. Don't go here, just go to the RiverRink instead. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews about this. The surface of the roller rink is so rough, uneven, and bumpy that it's unskatable, especially for beginners/tourists/casual skaters. It's not one flat continuous surface, but rather, it's a bunch of 2-foot plastic squares snapped together, and there are lumps at every single joined edge. Also, it was pretty small and crowded, even with timed tickets, so you're constantly dodging people. To be fair, I went on a Saturday. This rink is only good for taking a couple photos with the colorful decoration, and that's it. If you're actually trying to skate, don't come here. The other one redeeming factor of my visit was that there was a nice little water ice stand. If after all this, you still want to go.... you should also know that if you want to rent a locker, you can bring your own lock and use a locker for free (or just don't use a lock and use it at your own risk). The $10 "locker rental fee" when you purchase tickets just buys you a physical masterlock dial combination lock.

Excellent for fun and entertainment

Very nice place especially at night.

Terrible rentals skates, loose and hard like a rock and felt like I’m falling and braking my ankles anytime even though I’m an intermediate skater. Admission and rentals are also expensive.

You do not need to make a reservation but if you arrive and there are a lot of people you just get on the line until your turn comes

Where do you buy tickets at
Unfortunately I believe it's already closed until next fall/winter. Can't find too much info right now (since it seems it's closed, so they took down the sure) but found in a blog, regarding the promo they were running, a closing date of Feb 24th.
If it rains heavy, they close. If a little rain, they keep it open
No, I was there last year just on New Year's and they had it open of course there weren't many people but it was better that way.
Yes, for $10 dollars. They also have lockers to store your things, it's only worth $5 dollars
Not really, what's the big group, 200 people? Then you have to rent whole ice rink for yourself. If big group is 10, no reservations.
They'll help you with the do's and do not's basically that's all. It's very similar to roller skating just slippery😍
No, it does not have a pro shop.
Thanks for your interest. The current admission and skate rental pricing is noted below. Kids 10 & Under: $3 Adults: $5 Skate Rental: $10 (skate sizes range from kids' size 9 to men's size 14) Lockers: $5 Group Rate: $12 per person for 10+ guests (Includes admission and skate rental) For more information about the rink, visit https://www.centercityphila.org/parks/dilworth-park/winter/rothman-rink
They will be back early November
There is parking available across the street, at Love Park I bet its expensive.
Yes.
Skate rental is $10, so if you do not have skates then $13/$15 total for kid/adult.
Most likely because they accept credit cards.
No. But If u have skates bring them because the rentals are more horrible than usual. Super dull blades
No. You can rent right there.
