We stay in regular contact with both the Salt Lake County and Davis County health departments to be sure we are meeting all requirements. We pull and sanitize all the serving utensils on the food line every 30 minutes. Hand sanitizing stations are available at the host stand, beginning of the food line, drop off area at the grill and outside the restrooms. Gloves are available upon request. We prominently display signs requiring guests to wear masks at all times other than while seated at their table (we have masks available for a nominal charge). Tables are appropriately distanced. Our crew wears masks and gloves. Every employee is health checked prior to starting their shift. (Thanks for chiming in Jessica!)
