Came here for a work lunch, all I have to say is, I’m glad I wasn’t the one paying. The food wasn’t anything to rave about and the service was SO SLOW. We waited forever before we even got drinks. Not to mention that my order came out wrong. I get it, big tables, lots of people, it’s hard for servers to get it all right. Unless their good at their jobs. My dish wasn’t the only one, but I didn’t want to wait for another eternity for them to fix it. I ate, I left, and I’ll probably never go back. I honestly can count the times I’ve eaten at Famous Dave’s on one hand, and after this experience, I think I’ll just stick with R&R.

Absolutely great service!!! We (25 family members) came in at 9pm from a long day at Lagoon. We asked to have our tables together and without hesitation, they got everything ready for us. Our waiter Sam was amazing. He took our orders based on each group ticket and always came back to check on everyone. Food was fresh and delicious. The staff also came to help Sam bring out the food and were friendly. I haven't been to a restaurant that has accommodated this many people and gave great service for quite some time now. Thank you Sam for making our experience great.

So good. We walked inside and immediately started salivating, and in spite of the heightened expectations, we were astounded by how tasty and filling the food was. Amazing.

I have been coming here for years here and there. Today I have officially taken this resteraunt off my list. 1. We had 13 people today and we called ahead. The place was almost empty but still took 20 min to be seated as we stared at all the empty tables. 2. A burger was burnt. 3. All buns were stale and hard. 4. Brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich were cold with the stale bread. 5. The atmosphere, good music, and cool vibe; GONE. This place use to be so cool. Now its very lame and dull. I spent $100 on food nobody liked. I feel cheated... Not sure what happened to this place...
