When I first called to get an appointment they said they had my part and set up an appointment, when I got there it turned out that they didn't even put me in the system and they didn't have my part. The reason for four stars however was for how nice the lady who helped me was, how they ordered the correct parts for the recall immediately, and how they had the parts in and me rescheduled within 3 days. Also how they sent a video of the inspection was very nice, and how they went over the whole vehicle not just the recall parts was great to ease any worry. Weak start but very strong finish!
