Unfortunately during Christmas time some of the customer service skills Walmart teaches gets lost in translation . As a customer you should ask associate additional questions if you have them or let them know that you might have a question or two after they walk you to the product. Many customers get aggravated if associate hangs around after they have been shown where the product is. Communication is key... especially during Christmas time. You get more flies with 🍯 honey than vinegar.
Some of the employees are nice.
