I'm being nice and leaving two stars because the phone technician, THOMAS, was so incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone in a pink shirt or jacket didn't know what they were talking about, nor any idea how to help us. They couldn't tell us why we needed to change our pin number to process a claim on my phone. My mother got the run around on the phone and in person at the store. Thomas was a technician who came from the back of the store and just so happened to stumble upon our conversation. Not only was he able to answer our questions without stumbling over his words, he was concise and explained things in a way that made sense. Thank you, THOMAS (all black clothing) for your help. The "MANAGER" is a joke, so it doesn't surprise me that the employees, with the exception of Thomas, were just as clueless as he was. DO BETTER.

If you're doing an insurance claim you wouldn't come into the store for that. If you're upgrading then yes you can come into the store. Insurance does not cover upgrading.
The warranty is with the phone manufacture. You always can go through Samsung, Apple, etc. However if you want your service provider to fix or replace the device you need the protection plan
