Yes, dogs are allowed in all areas except the barn with the animals and the Marketplace (food store) on leash and well behaved.
Not too sure but they do already have animals on the grounds and I don't know how they will react to your dog(s). I did not see anyone with dogs there, however I did not see a sign saying "no pets" either. I would call over first.
