Vini is correct. To add... most cooks will be insulted when you bring your own food, better to stay home if you belive you are the better chef.
There is a (although attached as one building) separate restaurant (Japanese or Thia), but the Highlander has it's own kitchen & serves food inside. Burgers/Nachos/Sandwiches/Fries & such.

No but the food is pretty good and resonably priced also can order from the sushi bar if thats what your craving
No, they serve food there and need to comply with regulations so no outside food allowed for liability reasons.
