I came in to get my 12 pro fixed. My screen was black but was still charging. The lady who helped me, had me leave it there for almost 12 hours. After she tried so hard to get me to buy a new phone. She had me come back in, only for them to tell me that my screw was stripped (which they caused. Ive never touched my screws) and couldn’t fix it so I should just buy a new phone. I went to Bad Apple instead. they got the screws out in 2 seconds and got it fixed in 4 hours. Ridiculous!

I see all these reviews with 2 stars cause the reps are “nice” but the overall experience was terrible. My reps were nice and condescending yesterday. They all gave me different answers to very important financial questions. They clearly didn’t know what they were talking about yet they just gave answers as if they did! Low and behold, NONE of the info i got was in line with Apple policy. I was SO excited to FINALLY treat myself to the latest iPhone and it has been the biggest nightmare! I will now begin integrating to Android as they’re also more compatible with the things I can afford regularly. Apple isn’t worth it anymore 🤷🏻♀️

TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered an Apple Watch band online and it was too big. I called the store the find out their return policy, and the worker said I had 30 days to return it. She also told me my band was out of stock but they would get it again soon and I should just wait the entire 30 days to get the color I wanted. I drove 40 minutes to the store today (my 30-day mark) to exchange it for a smaller size. When I got there, the worker told me their return window is actually 14 days and my band was discontinued. He went and spoke with a manager, and then told me there’s nothing they can do. He told me to try and sell my band on eBay. I’m very frustrated with their customer service. They won’t do anything to resolve an issue that they caused.

It's easy to get an appointment online. What's hard is to get one the same day. If you're not in a huge hurry getting an appointment online is by far the best way to go. Also, when you go for the appointment look for the person in a blue shirt with a small Apple logo who's holding a tablet. Check-in with that person to let them know you're there.
There are some that can help you monitor your children's activities online. The new iPhone coming out in the fall will have a built in ability to control how much time your kids spend using apps. Yeah!!

I had a battery replaced on a 6s here for $29. I highly recommend getting an appointment. Even with an appointment it will take several hours to get your phone back. Without an appointment they will tell you 4-5 days.
