We couldn't have chosen a better care center for our Father. It is a beautiful, clean, and efficient center for those who need tender loving care. The care and respect they showed him was exemplary.

I really appreciated the therapists at Aspen Ridge - especially Rob and Nole. They were great with my mom and tried really hard to help her get better. Unfortunately, due to health complications, she was not able to begin walking again. I do feel like they were great with working with her a couple times a day. My mom did not enjoy the food and was left alone during much of the day, but overall, when she asked for help, they tried to help her as quickly as possible. I feel like they could do better with communicating with the family about timelines and what is going on. I always had to ask to find out what was going one. I did appreciate the nurse who used an app to update us on things. If it was used by all of the care givers, it would be a great benefit.

Terrible parking. It's ridiculous.

My mom was transferred from IMC hospital to here after a fall (7 broken ribs, back fracture and compressed disc). Place looks nice, rooms good size, a couple of aides were awesome but the rest didn’t care to help patients just wanted to play on their phones or visit with each other, not sure we have received the best of care so far. Feel like age is against us. We have to ask them to help with restroom otherwise she sits wet most of the time. Giving it more time hoping it’ll get better.

It's not that kind of rehab, sorry. It's a rehabilitation facility for recovering surgery or illness.

I don't know; but I believe it is over 10 years. Best to contact them & visit the facility ~ it's a great place to recover from any injury.
