I had an amazing experience at this soapy joes. Florinda was super nice and the wash came out great. I really like that they have free towels and vacuum available upon exit. Update 8-9-2022: The towels smell terrible. I told the employees several times on several different visits and they haven’t done anything to fix the issue. The towels have a horrible smell that is left on the hands. Not very fond of soapy joes anymore. Will be using super star car wash instead.

When I first got my membership a year ago it was $15 a month for the the base membership. It is now $20 a month. I don’t really feel like the 33% increase in price is justified. I am also leaving this review because I drove very fast to get a car wash before 9pm when they close. I arrived before 9pm and they had already closed. My gas tank is now on empty and I have to buy $6/gallon gas. Overall, an unsuccessful night.

Bunch of weirdos go there. They don’t get paid enough to deal with some of y’all. It’s an automatic car wash. You go in, and come out. Friendly staff. Very helpful. They seem overworked sometimes but they always do their job without complaints. Very very friendly and I canceled my membership but they always took care of me.

Today was my first time visiting the Oceanside location. Their support of Veterans brought me out today and I’m glad that I tried them out. Great car wash. Great facility. I plan on becoming a Club Member soon. No matter which monthly tier option you choose, you can’t beat unlimited washes. Cheers, y’all. 💦

They offer plenty of clean microfiber towels and over a dozen vacuum station which have hoses on each side of your vehicle, but all of it is self-service. They don't have onsite detailing service, at least in Oceanside. The wash does a nice, thorough job.
Most of our locations have always been 7am to 9pm, with Oceanside having slightly different hours of 8am to 9pm.
I believe you can upgrade at the kiosk
Not sure, but I realized that my fears came through, little by little I've noticed that my car gets more and more scratches, I am thinking about changing car wash. I have been hearing bangs here and there during the wash and after 4 months my car looks pretty bad.
