Today was my first time in this location and I really liked it, everyone is very nice and helpful and there are actually workers on the floor that actually ask if you need assistance. When’s the last time you had that? The store is clean and nice and cool with great music playing. Only thing that I didn’t like is if you choose to have your receipt emailed you don’t receive it.

The staff seemed helpful when you asked for help, but were difficult to interrupt because of their own gossiping. Also, they had one cashier with a very long line while three other staff members stood behind the counter assembling bags, again talking to each other or paying more attention to their phones than the customers. On the positive side, the person who helped me on the floor introduced me to a new shampoo and conditioner set.

This Ulta has came a long way in transforming into a go to delight. Unlike other Ultas. This place is clean and well lit. The Ulta in Escondido, had displays burned out. No lighting. Employees had no personality. That's where this location really shines. You enter with a greeting. Restrooms were extremely clean. The Ora in this place creates a calm and upbeat environment. Employees are happy and content to each check out. I like this spots because they have a men section of colognes. This store stays consistent with stock. This Ulta needs to be the high expectation of all the other locations. Bravo! I want to give a direct kudos to the lady employee who came over to me and asked if I needed help. She gave me suggestions. She rocked! I felt appreciated and manly! Her name was Lyn and our cashier name was Monica! You guys rocked! The first thing you asked us was our number for points! Watch out other Ultas. This one's coming for you!!!

I haven't been to Ulta Beauty in a long time. Everything is clean and covered there's there's good customer flow and plenty of room to social distance. Everything was neat and organized and the sales associates were super helpful and friendly. Plus they had the item I went there to get. I also received a birthday present how bonus is that? It was a good day at Ulta.
