I went with my family to get some breakfast in two separate orders and they wouldn't do it. The shift was on Sunday March 6/2022 at 11.58am. We were very polite and kind with the personal and they were very disrespectful with us and laughing and telling us words about it. I have been coming to this place for many years since they opened in Roselle and never never we were treating bad in this place. People have been always nice and kind but the workers and customer service from today were nasty and horrible. I just wanted to leave the note so maybe the supervisor or manager will teach some manners to this employees.

This is definitely one of the worst Dunkin Donuts locations that I have been to. I had to repeat myself at the drive thru and then when I approached the window to pay, no one was there to greet and take payment. I can see three employees walking around with no sense of urgency. My avocado toast was sitting at the window and quite frankly, I probably could have reached in an took it and they wouldn't even notice. One of the employees finally came to the window and gave no greeting. He just pointed to the order as if to ask if it was mine. He took the payment and had the nerve to crumple the receipt without asking me if I would like it I will never stop here again. The worst experience.

I order my coffee && the rude b**** tells me I can’t put cold foam on my hot coffee. Yeah okay I always order my HOT coffee at Dunkin with cold foam && never had a problem. So I went to the Dunkin in Roselle Park and Bam they took care of my order with no problem and no questions…..
