Very Very disappointed! If I can give this branch a zero for customer service I would. I came in to open an account, the fact that they don’t offer same day debit cards are absurd, but that’s another story. The representative that was working with me was not able to provide me with a smooth transaction or proper information that allowed to be comfortable with using their suppose to be seamless of a process product. Instead she got up, walked away and got her rude boss. Instead of the manager coming out asking me my concerns she immediately accused and recommended I leave if I didn’t want to open an account with them. I still proceeded to tell her about the customer service I was receiving, she then said, “You don’t have to agree” and then walked away. Only to come back 20 minutes later, crunching on an apple interrupting my service-of opening an accounting, to discuss lunch with that rep . I believe they feel accomplished to have tried to gang up on a customer. HORRIBLE!! I never been so upset in my life. I have decided to close my checking account and brokerage account to be apart of a bank that understands the value of a customer. Shame on you Wells Fargo for hiring people who do not understand the foundation that keeps businesses running and that is a satisfied customer!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED !!

If I could give you guys half a star I would, and it would be for having running electricity. The staff was not welcoming at all, bank tellers on their phone telling me to wait. Than being refused service because they didn’t want to work the last 30 mins of their shift. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, VERY TOXIC.

It is so annoying going to deposit thru their ATM SERVICE IN Roselle Park and their system is almost always broken. Im really considering moving my business to another bank. Super upset.

This branch do not pick up the phone. Bad business
