They do have IPA. However their selection is pretty small. Best option is ABG's In downtown Provo.

Both ABG's and City Limits carry delicious local and national beers.... both on tap (3.5% alcohol) and in bottles (up to 8+% alcohol)... and every type you could want (IPA, porters, stouts, hefs, ales, double IPA, lagers, seasonal specialties, bocks, etc...).... and Strap Tank in Springville is the only brewery local to Utah County and only 5 miles from downtown Provo...
Strictly in Provo, ABGs is a more popular spot, but they are close and easy to barhop between the two. But the best local place in utah county is probably Straptank Brewery 10 minutes south in Springville. They have some great original IPAs and heffeweisens.
