There is an entrance fee even if there is no event going on. It's not a cool enough place for that. Just went to play a game of pool but a fight broke out before we could get a table. Not one single employee even seemed to notice the fight going on. We didn't even finish our drinks before leaving. This was the second time that has happened. For reference I've been there only two times this year and it happened both times. Edit: The last fight (punches were thrown) occurred 2 weeks ago. Not that you asked. This place is dinky. And apparently the owners aren't above gaslighting to hide that fact.

I was there for the drag show which was AMAZING! So many amazing dancers with amazing atmosphere around the show. But they sold City Limits to someone turning it into a restaurant. There are pool tables. Typical standard bar, otherwise. It was a $10 cover charge to get in.

Close minded people such as yourself are exactly the type of individuals we try so hard to avoid. We pride ourselves on having a clean, safe and welcoming atmosphere for any person(s) that wish to enjoy themselves with you being the clear exception. Moving forward perhaps it would be best if you use your freedom of choice and attend other facilities for your close minded needs.
They do have IPA. However their selection is pretty small. Best option is ABG's In downtown Provo.
