If you walk into the YMCA with your Keystone first card, you can sign up for a free membership
Keystone changed there policies membership is free with no attendance requirement
Keystone offers a program that you pay $25 and need to make 12 visits in 90 days and they will pay the rest of the membership costs.
I just got off the phone with them. They said yes they do. Gonna go check it out tomorrow.
You would have to contact them directly. I don't have the answer to that.
