If the care at this hospital is anything like their OB care it’s terrible and should be avoided at all cost. The nurse was extremely rude and dismissive. The midwife Nicole was incredibly rude and in such a rush to get to the next patient she skipped parts of our exam. Was so focused on telling us our research didn’t matter that she didn’t even bother to look at my partners vitals and see blood pressure was elevated. Called the next day frantic because of HER oversight demanding my partner come back in for a pressure check that she missed. My partner let her know we would no longer be seeking care there yet a week later we get a call saying to come in with a nasty tone because we ended up in the hospital. Definitely expected better care from our very first OB appointment.

Riddle is the worse hospital in the area for Emergency room visits. Better plan on 6-9 hours to be seen. Horrible.

My father and I went there and it was terrible, they didn’t do anything to his very hurt finger, they just put water and they bandaged it up and didn’t give him any medicine, stitches, they let him go, and now his finger is worse and we have trying to reach out and they haven’t answered, I wouldn’t go there again!

Security (Amber) at Riddle was extra kind and helpful to my 95-year-old mother while I was picking her up to take her home. My thanks and appreciation to all the staff for all they do and all they put up with.
