Their new app ruined the dates of all of my purchases and balance and when i called the location of where i got my card from, Ramona from the Media, PA location hung up on me when i called. I was speaking in a nice tone but when i got upset because the app was making life impossible she just didn’t want to hear it and hung up on me like a piece of trash. Once this is fixed Im switching banks. 6 year customer just tired of this shenanigans. This has happened 1 too many times already.

Great little bank. They have a free coin counting machine yes can you believe that still exists. Plus lolipops and biscuits for the pups. 👍👍
