They tried to cancel on us the weekend before our move. Then said they'd worked some magic and would show up. Then on the day of the move called to say a driver's mom had to go to the hospital, and that they weren't coming. Strange coincidence. We had to rent a 20 ft UHaul to get the move started ourselves, meaning me, my wife and 2 young children. Thankfully we were able to find someone more reliable to move the furniture 2 days later which was in time for closing on our old house. They never intended to move us. Also not a fan of the "we'll show up" promise without some kind of contract in place. We learned our lesson.

Jasper and his crew were awesome. Super friendly and kind, and very efficient and hard-working. They had our home packed into 2 trucks in just 3-1/2 hours and fully moved into our home in just 6-1/2 hours, start to finish. Nothing was broken and the team was so willing to do whatever we needed. I reached out to Ramsay’s storage to move a number of large items from Wayne, PA to NJ. The team that was sent to our home were courteous, efficient and friendly. My house was freshly painted and the team was conscientious about not scratching the walls or floors utilizing padding where appropriate and floor covers. I appreciated there expeditious manner in completing the job and desire to ensure my wife and I were completely satisfied! I will definitely use Ramsey’s Moving Systems again.
