If I could give this store less than 1 star review I would have due to there unprofessional staff that had no interest in doing their jobs and helping you, I was talking to a staff member and he absolutely ignored me while talking to him and was unhelpful, I know for a fact he is not helping me because I'm probably not going to buy anything and he is not getting any commission money out of my case so he is not helping me even though it's his job, I would highly recommend that you fix that issue with your employees. trying to get them on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE I bought a phone a few hours ago and only after I left the store did I see a receipt. They never offered a paper receipt to me. I was told that there was a $300. discount on the phone and the receipt does not reflect that. Really, bait and switch! Give a phone number to the customers that you answer Now, I have to go out of my way to rectify this. you've replied with perhaps some sincerity, but you haven't reached out to me personally. I'm very upset and disappointed with Verizon customer service, which is a misnomer. What Customer Service?

We went to this store few times, it said by appointment only. But we had an scheduled for pick up the order. We have a 2nd scheduled for pick up the SIM card on 10/13/21 at this location. When we showed an order number to an Africa American Verizon worker, let us wait more than one hour at outside for give us a SIM card. In addition it finished other customers whose after me. Very bias and racialism.

Contacts are easy it's the photos that are a pain, if you bring your phones to Verizon it's the best wsy
You need to come to the store there are a few plans
Great question; a while back, a customer could call direct. They have changed that option, and the call goes directly into automation. I would suggest physically going in person and asking for the alternate number.
