This company installed my counter top with a huge scratch on it that cannot be fixed in February. In April their rep came and acknowledge the issue and I have been waiting since then. I was told I am not their priority now. It has been 6 months and I do have a valid warranty. Please do not buy from them, there is no customer service once you pay full amount they will ignore you.

Homepros driver waited 1hour and 45 minutes to pick up two slabs. This is the second time. Otherwise I would not post a one time experience. Seriously, you need to evaluate your process.

This is a bit off the path, but well worth the detour. They're open to the public, have a very inviting reception staff, and they can provide samples of more styles than I knew existed! There's a handful of installers in the warehouses nearby.
