I deleted my account and got my money back after 1 day. I should have gone with my gut while signing up; when at least 8 pages of ads popped up attempting to get more money from me. I had to click through all of them to perform the task of signing up. Then I received a video without a transcript and no way of controlling it. If I wanted the information it was necessary to watch the entire video. I've dealt with used car salesmen who were less aggressive than LRG. Cheers
