It's open but under construction from 900pm to 500 am one lane of traffic but if it's raining no construction on that day here's the info I got from their website. Burlington-Bristol Bridge Now through 4/27/18 Monday through Friday, 9 PM – 5 AM Alternating single-lane traffic Weather Permitting
