I am trying to call the number on the website and Facebook page, but I keep getting the recorded message. I click (zero) for operator and I can not contact a human.
How do I speak to someone by calling?

James McDaniel, there's only one older lady in the office & she stays pretty busy. If you get the answering machine, leave a message. She will call you back. Although it's much easier to just go into the office.
