At first, the place was ran well. I usually would have Don do my manicure with the dip powder and manicure. Well, they have new people in there, and today, I called at 9:08 and was told to come in. I got there at 9:16 and the same woman that told me to come in, said I’d have to come back an hour later because someone was going ti be late. Now, I understand people are late, but she could’ve at least did my pedicure because she did it the last time. I won’t be returning unless John, Cindy, and Don are back.

This was my first time visiting this nail salon. I was a walk-in, as the first salon I was going to visit was by appointment only! The thought of getting my nails done was impromptu, so I couldn't make an appointment. I was able to get right in and out at Star Nails without an appointment! Jamie took great care of me! Very nice place! I will do a pedicure on my next visit, if I am back in the area.

I have been coming to Star Nails since they opened in Belleville. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. John and his staff are knowledgeable and flexible so you walk out of there with your nails and toes looking great. I get a lot of compliments on my nails. I love this place.
