It's bad when you order a book as a gift and the sale's clerk tells you it will be shipped to your house in 3 to 4 business days you wait 7 day's no book I call the lady tell's me the book is made to order and if I don't get it Friday call back. WHAT

You need to take that up with the store manager. Maybe you'll get lucky and get a huge discount for your inconvenience.

This is not the place to get this dealt with. I would contact management at the store. I will say this. There are morons everywhere in customer service because to pay a person with a mind and to properly train them would erode the precious profits. This is a crying shame in what is supposedly the best country in the world.
