The 5 pound ribeye roast that we bought there was spectacular. I did a dry rub for eight hours, seared it, then roasted in 325 oven for about 2 hours until it was about 115 internal temp. We will remember this meal for a lifetime. I want to share your butcher shop with a friend but your website only has to-go food menus. This is a missed opportunity for you. I recommend revamping your website to include reference to the butcher shop.

William, We do not carry lamb. I would check with Country Meadows farmstand at Central Market Lancaster. They raise quality local lamb and should have what you are looking for.
Ham is never really healthy. Not saying it doesn't taste good, but it's definitely not healthy lol.
