They only have transfers to the cruise ship port on the days of departure, and leave the hotel at 11:00am if your cruise departs at 4:00pm from the Port of Miami. I'm not sure about other departure times, so you will have to check with the Concierge at the hotel to get more details. We stay at the Hilton on Sept. 30th and used a shuttle that departed the hotel at 11am. The shuttle was $6. per person, and you must obtain a transfer confirmation from the Concierge. Otherwise Uber or Lyft would be the next best way to travel for airport or cruise port transfers.

They do not have shuttles at this Hilton. Uber or Lyft is your best bet. Some of the cruise lines offer airport and hotel transfers.
I didn't require either of those services when I stayed so I honestly don't know.
