Update. I wish i could give them 0 stars. This company is the equivalent of hot garbage on a humid day. Still with the shady business. I wonder how much do people need to complain about them before they get investigated. There isnt enough time in the day to write everything they do shady. Today its not even about that but how disgusting the service is the employees ect. ....................................................... ..Thievery. They got deals with security companies where they pay per cars towed in specific communities. They are rude. With all the money they make stealing you would think they could afford to pay someone to be in the office... nope.

My stepdaughter was here because she was from St. Petersburg. The association where I live (Snapper Village) towed her car even though she had a visitor's pass because they say the pass always expires at midnight. If someone spends the night here, they have to back through the guard gate at midnight. I was told when I went up to the office previously with a copy of the registration and my stepdaughter's license that I could get a two week pass but only twice a year. Because she wasn't staying for a full two weeks, a did not want to do that because they said I only get two of them! The registration is in her mother's name and registered in St. Petersburg since that where she lives! She can not get a decal here because she would have to have that car registered her and not in here mother's name. She goes back and forth. It is her mother's car. Her mother is a registered nurse who is currently fighting cancer. She works tonight until 11PM. The towing company (Regulated Towing) said she has to mail a notarized letter before they would release the car. My fiance said he would drive up to St. Pete and get it and they said no. They said it must be mailed. So, her mother has to do that tomorrow and overnight it. All this because they want to charge more days for storage! It's going to end up probably costing $500. Can the towing company do this??? $121.00 for 1 day!!!!! RIPP OFF!!! HELP ME HOWARD!!!

These people are scammers, I was waiting for hours outside and they just don't open, they should close them due to negligence

Unprofessional employees, unprofessional company, I walked out as my car was being towed in an area where I was visiting for the first time, and there were no signs stating cars had to be parked facing forward, not in reverse, and I heard a snap, which was the bottom lip of my car. The driver was uncooperative the whole time not taking responsibility for the damage he caused, blaming it on me. After I said I was going to call the police he said “cops are stupid they won’t do anything” Cops came and thanks to them he had to leave my car without charging me or a police report was going to be filed. But I am still left to fix the lower lip of my car that he snapped. Not surprised they only have 1 star.
