Hey Dylan I would say if you have a problem today at this location call tomorrow in the morning and ask to speak with a manager or find a corporate number.
The best thing to do would be to go back online and let them know that you have applied for a position at the particular Subway but you have not heard from them. Im sure that they should be able to answer any questions you may have.
