The bartender told me they take the phone off the hook for a while if they get too many orders, till they can catch up on them.
They are open 7 days a week 11 am to 12 am.
Lou's is open daily from 11 am to 10 pm, but when it is really busy they take the phone off the hook so there are no more carry out/delivery orders until they're caught up at the restaurant.
Must have been really busy unfortunately that equals phone off the hook till caught up
