Hello, We do not operate at Northwest Community Hospital. We do Cataract surgery at Northwest Surgicare- which is an out patient surgery center located next to the hospital. Let me know if any have any other questions. Thanks

I don't work there, but, yes they do cataract surgery, they do it at Northwest Community Hospital and I have BCBS IL PPO and I've had no problems with coverage
