That would depend on what site you book through, and the details of your particular booking (e.g. whether you're getting a promotional rate). It can vary significantly between bookings, at any hotel. You'll have to carefully read the policies at the time you make the reservation.

Not that I am aware of i don't think they have a cancellation fee
