Ordered a coat in store had a manager help me ordered a large and said I need it before next weekend got the jacket yesterday and express sent me a x large not large. I called the store and the manager I ordered through said she was sorry but this happens all the time that an express store sends the wrong item or wrong size.i asked what express will do to help she said nothing other then return the item to get money back. She said corporate won’t do anything for you. Disappointed about experience
