It becomes a way to live a Happy Joyous and free life. It's simple but there is no graduation or end. Only you can answer the question: "How free do you want to be?

This is the type of program that will help you live a better life, long after the urge to drink is gone. I too go to the Pioneer Club in Peoria and can say, without a doubt, it, the great people Ive met, and my higher power, which I choose to God are all reasons why I have 18 years sober. Feel free to msg me if you have any questions about this great program!

Trinetta Jordan. The program is there for people who want to get Sober and Stay Sober!!!! It's not a One week or one month. It's a lifetime Comment. The group I go to had well over 200 years sobriety with only 12 people there!!! The Club is Pioneer in Peoria IL. New comers are Always Welcome!!!

For me it is a lifelong program that makes each day I'm sober better. There are no certificates for completion since we never consider our sobriety as over. I've been sober for over 11 years now and I credit AA for saving my life.

No diploma just for alcoholics

This is an ongoing peer support group. This is not the same as a treatment program. The AA program is supported by donations from members but there are no dues or fees to attend. This is primarily a support group in which alcoholics can come for an hour and share their experiences and reach out to others in recovery for help. If you are needing a structured recovery program locally I would recommend Proctor's Addiction Recovery Center. There are a few other programs locally but I don't know a lot about them. Best of luck to you.
