My name is Tina’s H I’ve been a tenant at tThe Apartments @ Grand Prairie for nearly a year and I am a home owner as well me and my husband decided to rent somewhere while we renovate at our home this place is amazing it feels exactly like home. Brittany and Kellie whom are the property management staff has been nothing short of amazing any time I’ve needed or requested anything for my apt maintenance or help in my garage anything at the apartment has been taken care of immediately l. While we will be moving back into our own home within the next few months I must say my experience here has been very enjoyable and memorable I’m glad I didn’t even consider none of the other apartments I looked at once I found this place it’s truly home away from home this place definitely deserves a 10 star ratings but unfortunately you’re only allowed to give 5 stars. Apartments at Grand Prairie has been a wonderful place to call home the past 18 months. Kelli and Brittany are so wonderful in the office and the maintenance team is very attentive to anything I need repaired. The grounds are very well kept and the amenities are a plus as well. You have everything at your back door; restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It’s a wonderful place to live!

I have lived here for the past 2 years. The management staff have been extremely helpful. The move in process was seemless. I've only had a few maintenance issues but those were resolved in a timely manner in most cases the next day. I property manager and her staff have made my stay here very enjoyable. This property is definitely ran by a professional management team. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to call home to come here.
