The deposit was about $100 for the 6 person golf cart and was returned to my bank account 2 days later.
When you make your reservation they charge for the entire rental at that time. No special license needed. If you're a beginner I highly recommend paying for the extra insurance they offer. And use the lock they provide when leaving it unattended.
Yes, and there is insurance. You do not have to do the insurance. But if you're staying overnight I would. If it gets stolen your on the hook for the replacement cost.
