I work for the Plymouth Soil and Water Conservation District. I was at a meeting recently that stated the Historical library would come and get some of our historical items, reproduce them, and return them. do you? Is there a fee?

This is the historical center, not the library. Not sure which you're looking for but probably much better to call them and sort it out quicky.

If you are looking for an institution to retain your organizations historical records you may also want to contact a University or College in your area to learn if they are interested in retaining your archive.
