No you don't have to be a student. If you are, you can be part time. They're really nice apartment if you can get in. Lots of cabinet and counter space in kitchen and baths. Washer and dryer, stove, fridge, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher in each unit. Secure building with elevator. Has a Boost store and Charles Drew Clinic. Popeyes and Sonic, and Metro Community College across the street. Aldi's grocery, Burger King, McDonald's, Scooters, 2 gas stations, and 2 banks about a 5 min drive away. Close to interstate.
