Ok I was followed and belittled and was impeded from filming and and was pushed in the process as far as I know all these things are a violation of the law.All the long all was doing was a legally protected activity do I have have to file charges

Thank you I tried to file charges on the security guard and the response I got was that what I was doing insights trouble even though it is a constitutionally protected activity and that he was justified in breaking the law I just don't know where this world is going.

On a personal note, it sounds like a civil battery occurred, assuming they intentionally pushed you and the result was harmful/rude. Again, not a lawyer so I dont know for certain
