Yeah, technically not supposed use the phone while driving. And btw the Qualcomm systems will be obsolete here in a couple of months...

No they have Qualcomms. They have an app on that you get get on your phone that mimics the Qualcomm if it's down or damaged in any way. That way you can still get help.
