Hi Jean - We do not have a grill chef on staff, but our servers and manager are happy to help guide you to grill your steak to perfection. They will provide direction and check on you often if you'd like. Our restaurant is a fun, relaxed, interactive experience where guests get to be the grill chef. We'll help make it a great experience for you! If you have a large party and are booking a room for an event, we can provide a grill chef if arrangements are made in advance. There is an added fee for this service, but it's available under certain circumstances.
