YOU HAVE TO PAY TO STAY HERE! $1000 fee just to transfer to new unit. FALSE ADVERTISING. They claim to all these amenities, which they either don't have, or are close most of the time like: One of the 2 pools has been closed ALL summer. No one likes to pick up the phone in the office. The MANAGER is NEVER in the office. No community green space. (as listed as an amenity) "newly renovated fitness center with Peloton bikes" = a hotel gym with one Peloton bike No entertainment gaming lounge (as listed as an amenity) "Billiards table" = literally just the table: no cues or balls Finally put up a second basketball hoop on the court after over a year.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. My friend found cockroaches crawling through the vents for months even though you pay a fee for 'pest control.' So many noisy neighbors blaring the radio at 5 AM in parking lot and kids running around. They raised the rent a ton, and absolutely will not give you back your security deposit no matter what. Please do not live here, they are scamming you.
