Hi David! If it is 12 years or older you can call us with the VIN number and we can run it to make sure it doesn't have a lien/ or stolen. Yes you need a title to take in vehicles.
Idk , some places have set rules to follow . My best answer would be to call them up and ask, so u won't waste gas if u go and they say no
