Service advisor sadly lacks customer service skills. My husband called before driving 20 miles for a fuse issue and an oil change. Was almost turned down at the service door. Need customer service training or a new job My husband did receive a call the next day from Jim in service, letting him now the issue with employee Cooper was addressed and his customer service will improve.

Can't say enough about Wittrock Motors! Great service and very friendly employees. Jim the service manager always very friendly. Had to get the oil changed in my vehicle. Kooper the service advisor got vehicle right in and didn't have to wait long at all. Kooper was very outgoing and friendly. Will keep coming back to have it serviced here.
