Are bicycles allowed on the trails ?

Only on the street surrounding the park. Not on the trails.

Only on paved surfaces and it's clearly marked.

I've only seen them on the street surrounding the actual trails

I started walking here in the last few months and I've never seen a biker but I'm not sure if they're restricted or if it's due to the times that I usually go.
