They will not buy yugioh cards sadly. It isn't popular enough in this area for them to buy them.
I believe they sell yugioh, you should ask one of the people that work there. If they don't know, ask for richard (aka Mr. Banana) when you walk in. He's usually there and knows the store well.
I don't think they do but you can always call and check
