So I took my car there. I chose plus option. The system poured water on the car, then it announced for soap application. But the only thing it applied was more water. At last it told me to exit. So, I just paid $10 for nothing.

If I'm rating the store and convenience I give 4 stars. Even after the extensive remodeling it's a decent shopping experience and I do like all the new products coming in . HOWEVER. . . I was met with the rudest cashier today that I've ever met at this store. (Not common for HEB and I hope the last time !)From the start she was snippy about checking me out because she was ready to move registers .Half way through checking me out, her friends or boy friend or who ever came up and they started chatting. I was bagging my own items which she was not assisting with at all .Finally at the end of checked me out she did bag my eggs and slammed them down so hard that I opened them to ensure they were not broken. While paying I asked a simple question regarding the price of an item and I was met with more huffing and puffing than the big bad wolf.She snapped with now you have to swipe your card again since I had to go back .After doing so she ripped the recipt from the machine and handed it to me with out saying another word. I informed a manager and I hope this is followed up on .
