Scheduled my appointment 10 days ago, went there and they said they can’t do my “free brake inspection “ today. Not sure if it is the case because it’s a free service. I have asked is this a regular situation, they said yes! Then what’s the point of appointment? I had canceled my other schedules for this appointment! Bad management!
